The Centrifugal Compressor and Advanced Technology Gas Turbine Course was successfully completed.  The attendees had a great educational experience and a good time at the wonderful Moody Gardens facility in Galveston Texas.  The attendees came from around the world from such countries as Qatar, Canada, and the USA.  They represented diverse corporations and activities from Off-Shore to refinery and pipeline applications.  The course detailed the behavior of gases in centrifugal compressors, the writing of specifications for both gas turbines and centrifugal compressors.  The attendees enjoyed the vast experience and the case histories that were discussed by Dr. Boyce whose vast experience in the field of Turbomachinery covers close to 50 years of design, operation, and maintenance.

A dinner was held at The Boyce’s Galveston Condominium on the Beach Tuesday night so that the attendees could mingle and network with each other. The Dinner was catered by Luigi’s, a Galveston landmark for fine Italian Cuisine.
